Took some time to open up in the glass, eventually showing some aromatic complexity and finesse. Definitely on the leaner side for Humbrecht but good example of classic floral, spice and exotic fruit profile of dry Alsatian whites. Honeysuckle, ginger, fresh herbs, white peach and lychees. Very phenolic on the finish.

Bright, dry and refreshing take on pinot blanc. Floral with a bitter Seville orange finish. At 11%, it's a humble light sipper from a producer that I associate with rich, show-stopper rieslings and pinot gris. However, no skimping on the Alsace maximalist tradition of deploying 7+ fonts all at once. 🍊🌼🪶

Intense aromas of lychee, peach, rose and spice. Ginger and rose really standing out on the palate. Pairing this wine with ginger spiced Vietnamese pork lettuce wraps.
