Lamb: And Thibault Clerget is one of the most exciting red winemakers to watch; not tried his white before - and this is the only cuvee he makes of white

Me: When freshly opened too acidic and some after taste...after 5 mins in glass changing completely and mellowing down becoming almost citrussy...also the after taste becomes nice. Not a straight wine but a very interesting one.
