Textbook chablis village : crushed rocks, hay and lemon on the nose. Good grip on the palate with a little fruit and lots of acids. Fine fresh finish with lemon. Doesn't disappoint yet not overly delivering.

Nov 12th, 2018Lemon, chalk, hay. Textbook Chablis nose. The palate shows a crisp acid side. A bit unbalanced to be fair. A mineral touch as well on the palate. Difficult to describe. A grain, a touch, a stony, chalky, dusty thing on the sides in mid palate. The finish is lemony and quite quick. Textbook average Chablis
