Boysenberries, olives, white pepper, bacon fat, half popped popcorn kernels, balsamic, barnyard, jerky. Acid forward, minimal tannin presence, medium bodied, juicy/slightly silky texture, smoky/peppery finish. Definitely reductive, but I like the funk. Will blow off after a half hour if it's not your thing.
