Vincent Dampt 2016 Petit Chablis (SRP $18): This is fun stuff to drink. It is bright, clean, and crisp, with a vibrant citrus tang alongside pleasing yellow-fleshed fruit flavors. It is lean and energetic in the mouth, with lively acidity making it a good wash down (just about) anything kind of wine.
