Labor Day night over here, after we're all off work and just want to have a nice wine night. This bottle starts us off, very light in color with straw reflections. It's very aromatic with clove notes and dried fruit and wet hay. The palate is dry with bracing acidity and a mineral phase in the midpalate. A refreshing change of pace from our usual heavy reds.
