Olive, strawberry, herbes de Provence on the nose. The palate is very yummy ! Lots of red fruits (strawberry, wild strawberry, cherry), and some licorice. a vibrant acid backbone that makes it quite fresh and discreet tannins to give some grip to the palate. The finish is quick with lovely bitter notes but it doesn't matter because this is not the point : a terrific apéro wine to share with friends along with a nice cheese selection.
