A big SB. Slightly gassy crisp peach... that reminds of a reisling. But then big and almost buttery like a new world chard. All in an SB. I've had more focused Quincys... but I appreciate the chutzpah.

Crisp Asian pear and smoky minerals, fresh but not zippy. Some round leesiness as the glass warms. Very nice.

Pale Gold and an expression of pure elegance. Pierre Fusil, Meyer lemon, kumquats, ripping acidity, and mineral finish. It's resolves itself beautifully on the palette.
