Minerals, cinnamon, black cherries, damp earth, grilled sweet red pepper, chalk, smoldering woodfire. Green olives, cacao bitterness. This was one of my oldest bottles in my cellar. Kept it for 20 years and very glad that it stayed with me all along the way.
