Disclaimer- we import this. Organic Chinon from small farmer Thierry Landry, from 40 year old vines pressed in a 17th century press sand fermented in cement. Nice balance between red fruit and green/mineral notes.

Nice balanced Chinon. Old vine wine finished in cement. Red fruit, earth, and laced with minerals. Green veg notes are there -- but they accent and do not overwhelm the wine.
