Vintage 2017 | Cremant de Bourgogne from 80% chardonnay and 20% gamay, 16 months sur lattes. Introverted smell but great pleasure on the tongue: loads of jonagold apples. Very nice. Paired with oysters (Creuses de Zelande) for Sunday lunch

Redapple, ripe pear, some stone fruit. White pepper and great minerality. Possibly some sage in the background. I would put this in the same league as some low priced champagnes.
@ $22 it's a good value sparkler
