I’m always up for trying Pinot from Sancerre! The nose has some thyme notes along with subtle red fruit. The entry is soft and smooth with lovely lavender and red notes. Nice little bit of orange (?) and minerality, too. Perfectly balanced. I may even through a chill on this next time around!
