Been waiting for this to open up for ages! So subtle and smooth now, got rid of all that baby-fat! Almost champagne-like in minerality, oak amazingly integrated. Feel like drinking all the stock now - but I've been waiting a year for it to get to where it is now, might as well give it another half a year and wait for greatness!
