Very meaty wine. When I took my first sip I immediately thought of a red meat pasta dish with red-marinara sauce. That may be too much but that’s the first thought that cake to mind. That same thought has stuck w me after 3 bottles!
It’s a big wine—I gave it some time to open up (1-1.5 hrs). I have a few more bottles I’m going to let sit for a few years
