100% grenache. Beautiful texture front to back. A bit meaty on the nose and palate with deep red fruit underneath. Subtle menthe and gamy notes with just a hint of creamy cocoa and spice. The Saladin sisters do great work! 2010 vintage

May 20th, 2015I remember buying this and thinking "I am paying WAY too much for CdR", but upon opening this bottle and getting that classic southern Rhone bouquet of spice and stone fruit I realized I was in a good place. Smooth mouthfeel - lean but not tannic, with bright fruit mid palate and a nice long finish. This bottle is a winner, in a good place right now, and was what the dr. ordered on a Friday night in. Thanks Lyle.

Oct 23rd, 20152006, un peu passé, mais toujours coulant. Tirait un peu sur le pruneau, la confiture de groseille, la pinot noir oublié... Très beau vin à boire dans les 6 ans.

Oct 15th, 2015Thought this would be better. Less CdP more CdR. Like the producer and their story but this just didn't wow me. Still, it's a good drink with a steak at the beach.
