A real crowd-pleaser on a summer day with a larger group of friends. Not too sweet. Very drinkable. Hints of butter. Doesn’t lose much when served at room temperature. Attractive bottle!

Notes of fresh strawberries, watermelon rind, herbs, white flowers, a hint of stone fruits adds rounded softness to the mouthfeel and a saline edge on the finish. Enjoyed w chicken, roasted vegetables and aioli.
