Yum! Seems pretty bold and satisfying on its own.

Great dry white if you can get past the strong cow pasture scent

Greener wine, grassy. Briny. Dry. Touch of tropical fruit. Briny cheesy (piss) nose. Pairs with acidic food.

Paired it with the squid and potato gnocchi bouillabaisse . It has a distinct limestone , lemon-y and interestingly five spice scent; the wine is medium body and alcohol, thyme, asparagus and almond after taste . The wine has a strong personality that would pair well with savory seafood dish. But not so much to sip on its own, IMO
