Sure this is pricey aligote (but affordable by Roulot standards), but it is certainly delicious and truly hit the spot on Sunday after one of those weeks you truly feel like you deserve a treat. Minerality up front with touch of preserved lemon and sea salt followed by bit of pomaceous fruit. Paired wonderfully with sausages on the grill and panzanella!
