Appreciate everything Roulot. Bright acidity, crushed shells, citrus.

Sure this is pricey aligote (but affordable by Roulot standards), but it is certainly delicious and truly hit the spot on Sunday after one of those weeks you truly feel like you deserve a treat. Minerality up front with touch of preserved lemon and sea salt followed by bit of pomaceous fruit. Paired wonderfully with sausages on the grill and panzanella! Hope everyone is staying safe out there!! ❤️❤️

The 2015 Bourgogne Aligote from Roulot is fantastic. It begins with beautiful aromas of orchard fruits, lemon oil, stoney minerals and hints of dried floral. On the palate this shows wonderful overall balance and vibrancy all the way through the fresh finish. A fabulous wine from one of Burgundy's premier producers and a wonderful expression of the varietal.
