Les Bas Liards Savigny-lès-Beaune Pinot Noir

Trying to punch above its weight u feel the winemaker has good intent as it is clean and well made wine but lacks personality...very generic

Much too young, I think. Very chewy tannins, but overall pleasant, showing good potential. At this point in time, the savoury flavours are dominating the fruit, making the finish somewhat short and slightly bitter. Would try it again, maybe 5 years from now, though it has the structure to keep for even longer.
