Always a favorite. Fun to surprise the traditionalists at the table with Souhaut’s lighter style and thankful that despite it’s youth, it’s quite drinkable now!

Always delicious. Crushable. Love the whole cluster, carbonic pop.

Same notes as last vintage, but the brett is more dominant in this one. Outlier St. Joseph.

Love the acid and style of this wine. Didn't quite stand up against the richer wines in this flight, but again it's is own animal. Lots of carbonic character. Day two it lost that primary effervescence and showed much more weight on the palate. Definitely the outlier in the group. Would like to see this with at least 5 years of age.

2013...tasting is believing! All the blue fruit and animal that you want from northern Rhone with Kung fu carbonic precision on the palate. Wants oxygen to really strut its stuff. Thanks #lecaveau

Totally unique. Touch of Carbonic. Fresh, lively, perfect food wine. 2013 vintage. "Burst of red fruit followed by a soft, smooth palate of warm earth with a hint of tobacco. " ZM
