Starting to oxidize. Baked apple pie, cinnamon, and toasted almond. Dessicated golden apple on the palate with crunchy minerality. Oily texture. Well balanced, and complex. In a great place. Great QPR. Going to look for more.

This is a wholly unexpected pleasure. Not funky like a lot of Jura wines but extremely versatile: fresh corn, oysters, blood orange peel.
