Star bright yellow gold. White flowers, straw, and green apple on the nose. Medium full palate confirms the nose adding a slight nuttiness and surrounding medium plus+ (almost tannin-esque) acidity. Medium short finish. A classic oaked white burgundy that’s a a match for rich “white wine” fare. Lobster (boiled or Thermidor), roasted chicken, pasta carbonara, or scallops would be a particularly good match. Drink now through 2027.
