They recommend having it with Mediterranean food, salads, picnics and BBQ.
I would agree with the flavor description and the food pairings.
I had it with a Moroccan lamb stew featuring chickpeas, kale and Harissa.
Nice, right up my alley for the kind of meals I frequently eat.
