Man, why is Cab Franc from the Loire so good??

Lovely cab franc/cab sauv blend. Great with food, grilled meats especially.

Liked that we could find the Cab Fanc and the Sav wasn’t over powering.

A nice easy jammy red, light and good to drink with just about anything.

You walk in at a place like this and smile because you know they ready to serve you something that's not on the menu (yet).

I too believe in self preservation and sometimes that means being low key, selfish.

Encouraged compliments include smoked trout, sour cream and chives, with a baguette and jamón wrapped dates.

Dirty

Well balanced. Black currant and leather nose. Ripe fruit up front, with soft tannins and a rather short finish.

Love it: cab franc + cab Sauv with pure fruit & silky texture. Refreshing!
