A superb Rosé and I’m not generally too into still Rosé. This is made from the grapes that fall on the ground from his Premier Cru Vineyards in Vosne and NSG. Terrific intensity and depth of flavor. Truly a Rosé in a league of its own. Bottle 1 from lunch by Quince at The Farm.
