The 5th Grand Cru in the Gevrey Chambertin lineup and yes, both the photo and description are correct! Rich ruby in colour. Nose of dried meat and a touch of liquorice. Full bodied with lots of extract - a big Burgundy......a Shiraz drinkers Burgundy to be a little blunt. Again, reflective of the warm vintage.
