Fresh lemon peel, sweet yellow apple, cold-wet granite, medium short finish.

This bottle was opened by my wife, four days ago, and she was nice enough to save me a little to try after I got home from a recent business trip. I really need to try this fresh, she noted it was more expressive on day's one and two.

For some reason singing even more than the last bottle - maybe because I’m rating on day 2? Really a thoroughly enjoyable wine that has great texture, great lemon peely acidity, a nice long finish. Just very tasty.

Very nice. A touch restrained. Lemon peel and some nice white fruit. Great stony acid on the medium finish.
