Ondenc (dry) Côtes du Tarn White wine

Unassumingly awesome. My first try at Ondenc - all girth and power. Shadows of powerful white Rioja. It has a slight golden color with notes of peach nectar, white flowers, popcorn, and spiced oak. Power to the people.

Orchard fruits - ripely soft. Sticky sweet ones - apricots, yellow peaches, red apples. Little bit of white pepper and Ceylon cinnamon spice. Totally voluptuous. Keeps the heart warm in the winter.

Light floral, slightly mineral, light peach and light cheeries. Little to no citrus.
