Good acidity and fruit but the fruit might take some time to come around. Would open it a bit on the early side - yes, even though it’s an AOC Bourgogne.

Served slightly chilled, this worked perfectly on a warm August evening. Good acidity and bright raspberry notes. Will satisfy your Burgundy craving without breaking the bank.
