This lovely 100% Chenin Blanc is harvested by hand and the Pichot family has produced wine since 1770! There is a fair amount of sweetness (labeled slightly dry) making this a little tough to decipher.
Appreciate the 12% alc. Loads of tropical fruit, honey, florals, and minerals.
Although I am sure this is a very nice wine; for me the more I sip the sweetness is to much for my palate as a 1st wine. I will save it for when I might want just 1 more glass; like a dessert wine!

100% Chenin Blanc. The more time it spent open, the better the taste. Time allowed this wine to better reflect its true characteristics: round, off-dry & a touch of sweetness. Cheers🍷
