Domaine Philippe Charlopin-Parizot
Gevrey-Chambertin Cuvée Vieilles Vignes-Morgeaux Pinot Noir
Brilliant wine and a bargain for the quality at $66. The fruit is still primary (wild red and black berries), with sousbois, tea leaves, violets, and a subtle touch of oak. Drinking well now and will continue to develop nicely over the next 10-12 years. Lovely!

Jul 18th, 2018Ample aroma overflowing from my glass. Deep strawberry and forest flavor. Comfortable tanning. Balanced acidity. Firstly feel rich, but later on getting decreasing, well balanced. But aroma is getting concentrated instead. 1 hour is peak This feature should be enjoyed in large size of Bourgogne glass. @2600, KPing - XH, 200219-200619
