Gorgeous nose. Somewhat lean on the palate. Left a little to be desired.

Tart raspberry and chocolate covered cherry. Some earth notes starting to show through, but really needs some time to develop. High acid, low alcohol and the structure really points this to its origin in Chambolle. #burgundy #perfectnight #cheers #huntingtonbeach #vacation
