A 15% wine from the Loire?! Nothing subtle about this. Big, lush, juicy cherry and melon notes. I could definitely see old ladies complain at the bar that this was “sweet.” Could stand some more acidity.

Simple, floral, mineral, strawberry, a bit tart. Better after an hour. Opened up nicely then. But have had roses' that I enjoyed more.
