Ripe juicy black cherries with blackberries and oak. Adult dessert for a reasonable price. I’m pairing it with an authentic baked ziti and rustic olive baguette smeared with sweet butter. Yummy! Jazz? Kelsey Lu. Cello? Yes!

Pretend you are Johnny Depp...on his rented (pirated) boat. You glance over to the deck from your position in the hammock, and see a one-eyed crewman with plans on the captaincy. You know that cannot happen, and only seaman Gibbs will back you in your claim to sail the Black Pearl. Probably time to down another bottle of Domaine Paul Autard. Meh. Not bad, not great. There are better, more refined and developed options at this price point. (Rt 28 wine hutch $17)
