This is from the single parcel “La Fresnaye”. Powerful quince aroma with slightly honeyed layers on the palate. Serious weight and volume. This one is more about texture and richness, but also somewhat characteristic of the vintage. Definitely more of a chicken or pork pairing rather than fish.
