My second bottle in a little over two months, it seems better than the first bottle. A little more of everything. Lots of pure apple fruit, nice minerality. Nice concentration and balance, with less prominent alcohol than my first bottle. Very nice glass of wine!

Feb 14th, 2025Lots of up-front, pristine Apple/peachy fruit on the nose. Also cracked river stone. Soft and fruity on initial entry, grows quite minerally on the back half of the palate. Acids medium to lowish. Alcohol pokes through a teensy bit in the finish.
