White and yellow flowers with salted lemon. Simple but perfect with a summer salad on a hot evening. Great high acid and light body.

Excellent summer refresher. Powerfully citrusy and acidic with mineral hinted aroma. The gose of wine.

Interesting & delicious: fairly rare varietal, similar to some Bordeaux Blancs I’ve tasted with SB aromatics & Semillon texture... this was light straw colored with some big time citrus mingled w/leesy notes + white orchard fruit. Firm acidic backbone & some decent stuffing - well balanced, definite thumbs up!

Easy to drink. Dry, but mimics sweetness because it's fruity. Is that honeydew melon or pear? Complex aroma. Very clean finish. Enjoyed with scallops and cauliflower puree - mild flavors paired well. 12.5%ABV
