This is a perfect example of why it doesn't matter that anyone grow Chardonnay on Pommard 1er Rugiens. This is fantastic white wine...but it's got such a wound up character about it...like the chardonnay is confused why it's there 🤷🏼♀️ great value, honestly, just so funny that this is grown in the rugiens vineyard and this is what you get.
