2008 Georges Mugneret Ruchottes-Chambertin. Monthly 19th dinner at Polo. Decanted right as we sat and started drinking 1 hr later. Def needed the time and was even better 2 hrs later. Still a little tight 2 hrs later, but showing its balance and nuance. Red and dark fruit, asphalt.
