Bold Chablis, full of flavor and young energy. Racy acidity, green apple, almond. Delicious but not delicate, so I recommend it with food. With Mapo potatoes and sook mei faan. But tbh we switched to a lighter drier Prosecco which went better with the spiciness

Nice Chablis. Slightly less full than I was hoping. But the aromatics are great as is the mouthfeel, acid, and mineral tension.
