Nose: melon. Taste: light and anonymous, very short finish, a little drier and boozier than expected. Bitter citrus (lime?), high acidity. It’s fine, but not notable.

Rose at dinner with my daughter, this pairs amazingly well with both light game meats such as rabbit and vegetarian dishes like my seaweed gnocchi. Bright notes of summer fruits and dry for my pallet. Wonderful.
