Clos St. Marc Nuits St. Georges 1er Cru Pinot Noir

Just utterly gorgeous and in a great spot right now, all luscious fruit, silky texture and tannins, and lovely savory notes. Bravo Patrice!

Somewhat disappointing. Dark color and dark berry fruits, and lots of concentration.

1 hectare #monopole - red and black fruit, shaved chocolate, good ripeness, silky but evident tannin

Youthful, high acid with dark cherry, berry fruit

PnP. Initial taste of bright red cherries and a hint of herbs, fantastic. Then after 15 min the acid and tannin just dominated the fruit. That transformation tarnished what I thought was to be one enjoyable Pinot. Maybe time will help just not sure how the acid and tannin grew with air. Hope someone can explain this for me.
