2021/10/8 with roasted Challandes duck breast, foie gras in truffle sauce, bass with Mont Saint Michel mussels in beurre blanc, etc. Kaleidoscopic aromas of brambly red fruit, forest floor, stone and toasted spice. Delicate but rounded and fleshy on the mid-palate, with acidity to balance. In a very good place.
