Really nice and delicate white burg. Lemon juice, barely ripe peach, straw, light gravelly earth. A little toasty and minerally in the mouth, along with some understated fruit. Nice acids. Great with grilled fish and shrimp.

2014v. Clean, lemon flavor with mineral finish. A little bit of body and creaminess for lees aging, I presume. Straightforward, unoaked chard. 12.5% ABV.
