So young and so so good! Brand new year but by far the best Pinot I have had in 2022. Amazing bright red fruits, dried orange rind, mint, red rocky soil, black tea, coffee grounds, bittersweet dark chocolate. Yum yum 🤤

No signs of age on the nose, deep crimson in the glass. Racy and lively wine. Smooth texture with a bitter cherry note. Drink now for maximum enjoyment!

Showing more savory, secondary character than a year ago.

Still an aldehydic character upon opening. Good fruit, body; simply not refined, elegant.

Fabulous value for a layered experience. Some good fruit density and gras but also smokey and savory. Quite firm though, many more years of life ahead.

Slight VA to the aromas, which are dominated by Sous Bois and spice; good richness and mouthfeel expressing more fruit than aromatics suggest, but not overly complex; finishes more abruptly and less elegant than anticipated marked by a tannic edge, or astringent character. Possibly elevage not nailed? Not certain how time will remedy. Pleasant for the table; not for meditation.

Still a Young wine... acidity is on point but tannins a bit much... this only highlights how much time these 05'$ will take to develop
