Domaine du Pélican Arbois Savagnin Ouillé

Beautiful nose of smoky toast, tangy citrus and a distinct minerality. The nose is nice but the palate way over delivers. Tangy citrus, green herbs, saline, stones and depth all on a chewy grippy texture. Stunning wine.

Lots salinity and deep mineral and iodium notes, surrounded but nice oxidative tones

Hey oh! Now that is a Great white! White flowers, creamy fruit, and a touch of funk.

From magnum on day 3 and still drinking well

Dry and complex with apricot dry fruit. Excellent wine

Moses Sleeper on the nose. Elegant oak. Tart apple. Great acid on finish.
