This is the 2018 Domaine Marguerite Carillon Savigny-Les-Beaune Blanc 1er Cru Les Talmettes. First bottle was corked but I had a back up! Very tight at first, unfurling slowly with air. Loads of crushed stone on the nose, with straw and lemon oil secondary. Dense minerality in the mouth. Some bitter-edged pear skin fruit. Decent acids for an ‘18. This is Geology 101.
