Alsace Riesling

Wow what tension.

Baked spice apple and a touch of chamomile, alongside key lime pie and slight diesel fumes. Slightly off dry but rounded and very drinkable.

Really nice light and matured field like rising. Green apples, mibnt, ligt tobacco notes I aroma. Green apples, green peaches, pinch of sweet green grapes at palate. Medium accidity. Fresh but has a character.

Not sweet so it pairs perfectly with strawberries. Best enjoyed in Beverly Hills after a long day of beach volleyball speciation.
