At first, I began to think that our bottle was corked. Incredibly flat and very little aromatics. After some time, I realized it was just too cold. This needed almost an hour to sit out and some around. Pear centric. Slight honeydew/melon after taste that normally isn’t my favorite, but it evolved nicely.
