Loved this when I first tried a few years ago- heartbroken at how naff this tasted. Even worse when you're in the middle of nowhere. Stewed apples + cheap fino. So sad :(

Super tart acidity not unlike a dry vouvray but with a bit more weight. Slight pink tint from the red grapes. Would pair well with shellfish. Most interesting thing I've tasted in a while!!
